it depends on what happened to be at 001B:00407735: a cosmic ray may have got through your computer and hit right at this address just at the moment the computer was executing it. if it happens every time you execute the program, then gently shake your computer: the cosmic ray is only having a nap on your memory, cosmic travels are exhausting...
seriously, how can we help ? can you give us some details ? which OS is running on your computer ? what version of CVI are you using ? which library does your program use ? does this error happen when running the debug version of your program ? are you sure you don't have any warning when compiling, concerning uninitialized variables or such ? etc.
