How to use imaqCaliperTool.

Hi!

I have a problem: how can I use the function imaqCaliperTool to measure the distance between pairs of edges?

I search the edges on a path defined by:

PointsArray = imaqGetPointsOnLine(startPoint, endPoint, &numPoints);

but it doesn't work!

What can I do?

Hi

The best way of measuring the distance between edges is to use one of the functions imaqClampMax or imaqClampMin, you can see how they work using them in the imaq Vision Builder. Those functions are in the library of Machine Vision.
