InsetSendMail Function

I have LabWindows 8.01 installed, but when I tried to use the function InetSendMail, an Internet Library function, I got a missing prototype error.  

Is the Internet Library part of LabWindows 8.01 or where can I download the Internet Library?

It is only available in the Full Version.  I assume you have basic, if not then I'm not sure.  If you search the forum, you can see some of my past posts around this issue in regards to sending email.
