Is LabWindows/CVI 4.0 for WIndows NT/95/3.1 compatible with Windows XP

I have a LabWindows currently running on Windows 95. I want to upgrade my system to XP.

My question is

Is LabWindows 4.0 compatible with windows XP?

Doing a brief forum search reveals (here) that not even LabWindows 5 is compatible with Windows XP, so the earlier LabWindows 4 is also not compatible with XP.
