I am not familiar with the MEI PCX/DSP motion controller libraries. However, LabWindows/CVI 5.x is able to link with most popular object file formats including Microsoft, Borland, Watcom, and Symantec (both .obj's and .lib's). It can also call into Dynamic Link Libraries (DLLs) quite easily. If your library is provided in any of these formats, you should be able to access it from CVI. For more information, I would recommend reading the "LabWindows/CVI Programmer Reference Manual" (especially Chapters 2 and 3) available on your system in PDF format (5.x), online help (future releases), or online at http://www.ni.com/manuals.
