Is there any way to print source code files in color using LabWindows/CVI 5.5?

There is currently no support for color source file printing in CVI. It is on our list of requested features. You would have to use another environment to print in color.

You can try ultraedit (from www.ultraedit.com).

There are some free applications around, try doing a web search for C Source Beautifiers or similar.

Hope this helps,

Found this ancient message when I searched for a very similar requirement for CVI 7.0 source file hard copy. Has there been any progress on this front in the past four years? I still can't find the 'colour' button on the print menu.

We're still working on it 🙂

Okay, seriously, we actually do hope to have this feature in the next release.
