Is there some driver for AT-MIO-16E-10 to windows 9x/3.1/DOS?

I intend to do a university work with NI  AT-MIO-16E-10, but is so dificult to find the compatibility driver.

Could you help me saying what the driver for Windows 98, 95, 3.1 ou DOS?

When you install the driver you have checkmark the c libriry to istall it.
