Linker cannot find programers_toolbox functions

All of a sudden, my LabWindows/CVI project is giving me "Undefined symbol...." errors; apparently it can't find the Programmers Toolbox functions to link to them. It just started doing this today, where it has been compiling fine for the last 6 months. Somehow it seems to have lost the directions to the standard libraries. What might have changed and how can I fix it?

As a first step, check to see if "Programmer's Toolbox" shows up in your Library menu -- it should appear somewhere near the bottom of the menu.
