Loaded instruments are not saved with project

I am using LabWindows 7.0. A project I recently started will not remember the instruments it needs, so every time I open the project I have to find and reload the instruments. I have a very similar project that I have worked on for years that will load the instruments.

How do I force a project to remember the instruments that are loaded? I have tried Save All and Save Project as, using the same name, with no luck, and I cannot find anything in the options.

never mind. I forgot that you have to add the files under the project tree and not just load them with the Instrument-Load menu
