MAX (Version 3.1.1.3004) IVI Configuration problem

Recently I encountered a problem in MAX (version 3.1.1.3004). it's about IVI Driver configuration in MAX. I can change "Published APIs" on one PXI, see attached B.jpg. However, on another PXI with the same version of MAX, I can not change "Published APIs", see attached A.jpg. I don't know how this can happen? Also I don't know why they have different interface with each other?
