NI visa NCIC error

HI 

 I am  using labwindow CVI to iterface the Ketsight  instrumnet (

I am getting the VISA Read error   "VI_ERROR_NCIC: Not the controller-in-charge".  Please tell me anyone what is mean by this error  and how to resolve this one.

You need to learn how to take a screenshot on the pc and not use your phone.

Attach your actual code and attach an image of MAX that shows the GPIB card and configuration.

Sorry i didn't get you.

Actuly that pc is prodction line , if i take screen shoot then its very difficult to trafer ,thats y i took pic .  I thought what error is that its clear to all its my intestion but i dint know   way of  showoff  matters . any way i will condiser your  feedback .

Not Controller in Charge is simple to understand but how it got placed into that mode is not at all obvious. You can have multiple GPIB controllers but only one can be the master in charge at a time. The one in charge can be changed in a program or from MAX.
