On exit CVI popup "The index passed is out of range"

What causes the popup message "The index passed is out of range" when exiting LabWindows CVI?

Is this on exiting the CVI application you created or the CVI IDE itself? Does this happen on other systems as well or just that one particular machine? If it is that one machine, you might have a bad install of CVI.

I have not been able to reproduce this problem on my system, and I have CVI 6 and 7 on my system here.
