PC reboot with SystemWebServer "Stopped working"

I have multiple systems which are running a CVI 2010 executable. Only two of the systems are seeing this issue where the PC crashes while my application is running. Reviewing Event Viewer and Reliability History shows errors with SystemWebServer and the timing matches the PC reboot time. Right now this service is set to automatic. I also notice that if I manually try to run it I see it pop up in task manager and then disappears right away. Also, the manual instances do show up in the PC logs as "Stopped working". 

I am wondering if this a contributor to my PC reboot or a result of something else. The behavior of this executable does not seem normal.
