Photon Focus MV-D1024E-160-CL-12 Camera frame rate problem.

I have checked the frame rate in MAX and I can get the camera to run maximum at 70 fps when I am triggering externally. However when I am triggering internally I can get it to run maximum at 150 fps.

Regards,
Farhan Ahmad.

Andy,

Do you have the CalculateFPS.vi available for v8.6?

Thanks,

Hello Farhan,

You can use the Calculate FPS VI here to display the number of frames/second for your camera.

You should be able to find this VI in the Low-level Grab.vi found in the example finder.

In the example finder, go to Hardware Input and Output--> IMAQdx--> Low Level --> Low Level Grab.vi

I found it, it's slightly renamed and hiding in Vision>Drivers>Express somethingorother.

Thanks!

CalculateFPS.vi is no longer available in the examples in the new IMAQ directory.

LabVIEW 2016\examples\Vision Acquisition\NI-IMAQdx\High Level\SubVIs

Thank you for posting the VI.  I copied it into my older example code and it works.
