Problem connection between cdaq-9171 and windows 10

Hi every body,

In first sorry for my English 😉

I try to connect my cdaq-9171 on my laptop (windows 10) but all the usb port are 3.0 and the computer doesn't recognized it. (on computer with a nother version of window, there are no problems)

What can i do?

Hello Andrés,

In first thanks for your answer.

All the usb computer drivers are update, this is a problem with windows 10, befrore the computer was under win 8 and there are no problems. A nother computer are under win 10 but there is a usb 2 port so no problem. But on my laptop there are only usb3 port 😕

Are there any drivers for the hardware cdaq-9171 for update it?

Hi Romain,

This is DAQmx 17.6, which is the lastest release of the driver for cDAQ. But I do not suspect this to be the problem.

Which version are you working with? You could check the readme file of that version to confirm if it is compatible with your device.
