I am reading the rise time from a TEK TDS320. First read is OK, but susequent reads are exactly the same.

I am using FetchWaveformMeasurement (GPIB command).

Scope is closd at the end of each read. At the beginning I open and initialise, the read for each waveform sampled.

Hi,

Have you tried using one of the getting started examples? As something within the driver may have been changed. Can you use the instrument sucessfully outside of LabVIEW as this would determine wether the problem is with the IVI driver or with the instrument itself.

i want to get the rise time from TDS 1001B(Tektronix) with labview, when i use the tktds1k2k Fetch Waveform Measurement.vi,the return is 1us,but the rise time is 80ns really,the tektronix AE tell me that when the ocsillope only show the rise edge,i can get the real rise time,How can i get the rise edge shown on the ocsillope screen with labview?can anybody help me ? thanks !
