Set LV window always on top LV8.5

Howto set a LV window always on top? I read a lot of articles but the file isnt available anymore (Winutil.vi) and isnt compatible with 8.5. Are there other options to do this?

Thanks

Hello,

I would suggest posting this question in the LabVIEW forum, it might get better audience there.

Hello Bart,

I agree that in the future you could better post LabVIEW questions in the LabVIEW forums. but anyway, I did take a look at your problem. I found the uttility VI's (I used them a lot in the past) and at least the libraries I found work for me in LaBVIEW 8.5. It could be that you got hold of a VI or llb that was written in a LV version pre 6. These VI's cannot be opened anymore in LV 8.5 and need to be saved first in a higher version. Just to be sure I have mass compiled the LLB's for you. Attached you will find a zip file containing an example program called test.vi (sorry for the not very original name Smiley Happy ) which use two VI's from the WINUTIL.llb. The first VI makes the VI always on top and the last vi revokes this action.

Hope this helps,

Regards,
