Setting NI_MinimumBufferSize

Is it possible to set the NI_MinimumBuffersize out of a CVI-Program?

I've seen that its possible with LabView but

I didn't find any documentation if it is possible out of LabWindows/CVI.

Not familiar with that, but I think that that may be a constant (unless it is LV only), but when you say 'out of a CVI-Program' do you mean outside (not using CVI) or out of (using) a CVI prog.
