Simulation module

Hi...
I would like to make a didactic program for my university... In there I should build a library of funtion blocks (in Laplace).
Later this program should let the user to be able to build different kind of models for later make all kind of grafics, (from Bode to Nichols) to see the behavior of the system.
Since the first moment I have thought of Matlab and Simulink, but then came the doubt: how to export this library that let the user to interact with all the functions, and build all the new models they might want?
Then i discovered that there is a Simulation Interface Toolkit, from labview, that lets me create an user interface for models made in Simulink, but don't let me create a new model or import my whole library from simulink, which is what i want....
Someone told me in this forum that also exist the Simulation Module, that should let me to do what I want.
Now I have some  questions:

-Is this Simulation Module included in the Labview program? or should I buy it separately?
- Someone else have some ideas about which could be the best way for me to develop my program?

I would really apreciate your help because i'm really new with all this, but i'm also very impatient to learn and improve myself.....
Thanks in advance

Mimik,
this is NI Italy Tech Support answering.
Your application seems really interesting. I can answer your questions really quick over this forum, but I believe you'd better call us on the phone and talk about what you actually need so that we can best answer your questions and explain what we can offer.

- The Simulation Module is a separate "Module" from LabVIEW.

- I think that the development path you are mentioning in your post is the correct one. Consider that in LabVIEW, with the appropriate modules, you can go all the way from Model Design, to Controller Design, simulation and Validation of your systems.

Just give us a call and I am sure we will clarify all your doubts.
