Support UTF-8 for Project file encoding

Is there current or future support to save project (prj) files in UTF-8 encoding?  It appears it is currently ANSI and I’m seeing differences when reading between .NET Core and Full framework apps.

Any help is appreciated.

Oops. Just noticed the 2020 beta that this will be supported.  Great news!  Thx
