The error message(General Protection)is shown, Why?

Hello everyone,

There is error message when I run any example from samples of CVI60 in Windows2000.
The error message is as following:
"The program has caused a first chance 'General Protection' fault at 001B:100002073",
and CVI indicate error line at "if ((Handle = LoadPanel (0, "peakest.uir", PANEL)) < 0)".

Could you give me any suggestions?

Hello driver1999,

You mentioned that you get a general purpose fault when you run the shipping examples. Do you get the same fault on all the shipping examples, also does your application always break on the LoadPanel line? Can you successfully compile and link the project - as in, do you only see the problem when you actually execute the example? What kind of shipping examples are you trying to run?
