I want to make a menu bar with a series of single item menu selections. when I do this an exclamation point is automatically added to the end of the menu - if I make a menu item named "Settings" I get "Settings!". Apparently Lab View can make single item menus without the exclamation point because I have an application written in LabView that does just that, and I am trying to make my application look the same. I cannot start over in LabView just for this. Is there any way to disable the exclamation point in LabWindows 5.5?
