Tutorial for beginners.

Can anyone direct me to a good tutorial for beginners to CVI other than the
ones at the NI website. I am using version 5.5 and I want to start from the
basics.

You might consider taking the LabWindows/CVI courses which help provide you with a good understanding of CVI fundamentals.
