I don't see that item with my Firefox.

I see it in IE11, but only if I switch to "global" version of the site (not Italy), and not in every page.

The "Site Feedback" button is the hyperlink at the bottom of this page, under the Support section of the light-green area.

You need to be logged into ni.com in order to have the button shown.
