Using parallel port for digiatl I/O to program a PLL

Hello,

I need to use the PC's parallel port to program a PLL chip using LabView 8.0. 

Basically, I need to send data to 3 registers in the PLL chip (clock, data and latch enable).  Data and clock need to be sent simultaneously.  At the end of the 24-bit data stream i need to send the latch enable with the clock to latch the data.

I would really appreciate any advice on this or other similar applications from experts out there....

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with PLL chips, but the following document is a great tutorial on parallel port communication in LabVIEW.

espero que entiendan español y me puedan ayudar, yo necesito algo siilar a lo tuyo pero no con el puerto paralelo si no con el puerto USB, no se como puedo hacer la interfaz con un uC atmel o con un PIC con Labview tengo los API necesarios para la comunicacion USB del uC pero no se como hay que implementarlos,
