Any suggestions for the best method of creating DLLs from Visual Studio VB.NET 2005 for use in LabWindows/CVI 7.0.

You can create a wrapper for your .NET code in CVI by navigating to Tools » Create .NET Controller in CVI.  The following forum thread has more information:
