We can’t do self test calibration on NI-PCI 6229 card. How we fix that problem?

Problem: We can’t do self test calibration on NI-PCI 6229 card.

 

After we install LabWindows 7.1 and NI-DAQmx then we put  NI-PCI 6229 card in to computer.  We can’t calibration NI-PCI 6229 card. Let see more details in Attachment

Hello Fen,

Which version of the NI-DAQmx driver do you have installled on your machine? I would suggest downloading and installing the latest NI-DAQmx driver from our website.
If that doesn't work, please try the card in another PCI slot on your computer as there might be a resource conflict.
