Where can I download the latest version of MAX?

Where can I download the latest version of MAX?

Needed to run IVI Compliance Package 3.2 (Max version 4.2 or higher). I have MAX 4.0.

Can't see the download anywhere on the NI site!

Hi Alan,

There is no separate installation of the MAX. It always comes bundled with our drivers. The best way to upgrade MAX would be to download any of the latest versions of our drivers.

Which driver are you referring to?  I am also interested in downloading the latest version of MAX.  Can you post a link to an example of a driver that have MAX?

Goto the Drivers and Updates page and download the latest version of the driver you are using. This will update MAX to the latest version.

I found the NI Device Driver.  That file is 1.7GB.  Is there a driver that you know of that's much smaller than that?  I don't want to install the complete driver and have it consume 70% of the hard drive space on the older computers I have in the lab.

What card are you using in that computer? You can then install the latest version of the appropriate driver.
