Where is DAQmxGetCIInputState???????

I've searched the DAQmx porting problem regarding GPCTR_Watch of DAQ. I found one of NI member said there is DAQmxGetCIInputState function monitoring the state of the counter in link below;

As you know there is no DAQmxGetCIInputState function even in DAQmx 8.9 full version library. I've searched NI-DAQmx function help file but it has not that one.

I need to monitor the input state or value of counter, but how can I do it?

Are you trying to monitor the state of the counter? If so I think the function you are looking for is:
DAQmxGetCIOutputState
