XP Failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b)

I have an application that was compiled using LabWindows 2010 on Windows XP SP3. It works fine on my development PC. If installed on another PC (including run time engine and all necessary merge modules), execution gives me an Error: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b)." I am an administrator on the installation PC; if I right click on the executable and select "Run as..." Current user with a check mark in the box to protect my computer and data from unauthorized program activity, the program works.

Are you running any anti-virus software that may be interfering with your installation?

I found the problem, it is a combination of having the correct files in the installation and rebooting the machine so that the dlls are loaded properly.
