We'll need you to provide a debug log so we can get some more details. The debug log gets written to your temp directory (i.g. C:\users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\distBuildDbg.log). If you are using CVI 2009 or later, the log gets written automatically, so you can just reproduce the error, then post the log file that you find there. If you are using an older version of CVI, the log file is not enabled by default, so you'll have to turn it on by following the instructions here.
