compile errors in excelreport.c

When I try to compile, I get the following:

Excel_IID_Worksheet and
Excel_IID_Chart
(undeclared identifier).

I've included the .h file and .fp in the project, but still no luck. Is there a new version of excelreport.c available? Thanks!

Have you tried loading the sample excelreportdemo.prj that shipped with CVI 6.0? When I first loaded it, a message popped up saying "Compiling: excelreport.c For Instrument: Excel Report". I got no errors. All the samples files in my ..\CVI\samples\activex\excel directory are dated 8/2/2001.
