Are you trying to use some old code?
EasyIO is part of Traditional DAQ, the old Data Acquisition driver software which is no longer updated by NI and is maintained only as a support resource for old projects and devices that cannot be addressed with DAQmx driver.
Additionally, Traditional DAQ cannot be installed and run on 64-bit systems, so you may have problems in using it on modern PCs.
