fp in status U

One of the fp's I use (cwui.fp) has status U in the cws file. How can I change the status to A

Hi Per,

The U status means your function panel file (.fp) is not attached to any source file.

Go to the CVI help. Type "instrument drivers" as the keyword in the index tab and see the "editing" subsection.

It tells you here how to attach one.

There is also a link on that page called: "Precedence Rules for Loading the Instrument Driver Program File".

These two help pages will probably solve your problem.
