how can i search 32 bit integer in .csv file

Hi,

I am working on a project, where i need to store 32 bit serial number into .csv file. i am converting these 32 bit hex number to hex string and writing it to spread sheet . i want to compare every new number with the number stored in .csv file. How can i do this?

Hi Sandy, some details in your question make me think you are developing your application in LabVIEW: if this is the case, you should repost this question in the appropriate forum, since this one is dedicated to LabWindows/CVI and its users.

If this is not true, please be more specific in your question, as I caouldn't understand wether you are puzzled by reading numbers from the CSV file or by the comparison.
