Short answer : get CVI 7 beta and wait until it is release
Longer answer : until CVI 7 is release, developp everything (except vision
part) in CVI and compile only the vision part with MSVC
Last chance answer : Try to contact Alliance Vision
(http://www.alliancevision.com/) to see if they can help. I know they have a
CVI guru there
