Hi Mazhar,

From what I can tell, there seems to be something wrong with one of your devices, either the FP-2010 or the FP-RLY-420, or with the connection between them. First, double check all of your connections, inspect pins to see if anything is bent or unconnected, and ensure that you are powering your devices correctly by verifying that some LEDs are lit.

After that, do you have any other FP modules that you can connect with the FP-2010 to attempt to reprosuce the problem without that specific FP-RLY-420? Try to do the same things that are causing problems with a different module, as well as no module connected at all. Also, your last screenshot indicates that you have a FP-2000 controller as well, so try that controller with the FP-RLY-420 module to see if you get the same error.

If you can isolate the problem to one of the individual devices, the next step would be to arrange for a return of the device that is not working. To do this, you will need to call in at 1-866-ASK-MYNI (1-866-275-6964).

Hi Mazhar,

Since you have tested the system with only the FP-2010 on the system and are still getting the same problem, it seems like there is something wrong your controller and the way it is attempting to connect with other devices. If the software setup is able to see your FP-2010, it should also be able to see the other modules connected to your system. I would suggest that you call in to 1-866-ASK-MYNI (1-866-275-6964) to arrange for a return of the FP-2010.
