I get the following error when I run the working program on another computer. Error was -1073807343 Insufficient location information or the device or resource is not present in the system. I have created an alias in my program #define THORLABS_ALIAS "ThorLabs-ITC4001" and inside MAX I have added the alias to the device. On both computers MAX finds the instrument and shows it working properly. I had no problems using the instrument with the MAX setup on my development computer. I have tried changing the alias to just ITC4001 in both my program and MAX but still get the same error. What is the next step I need to do in troubleshooting this error?

I will take a couple of days to get the capture. Engineering is using the station with the address hard coded, so they are happy,

I have no other instruments on this station using an alias.
