library missing after installation

After zhe istallation of Labwindows/CVI there is a lot of Library mssing and I cannt compile any simple application.

please help me.

I have labview 8.2 and Labwindows/CVI 8.1

I found the problem, the first time I must runing it with the Admin right, then I can use it without, while it make change in the registry.
