I want to measure the frequency with a resolution of 1 ppm
is that with the card NI6624 and  NI-DAQmx I can measure the frequency?

Hello,

As you can see in the NI 6624 Specifications, the base clock has an accuracy of 50 ppm, so I don't think you'll be able to have a resolution of 1 ppm.
