mis-alignment of column separator in table controls

Solved!
Go to solution

Hello,

I am going to use a table control for the first time; hence I started looking at the sample programs. In 'colview' I realized that the column separator is not properly aligned to the column header, it is shifted to the right by a few pixels; searching the known issue list I did not find an entry, so I dare to post it here Smiley Wink

See the figure below:

Thanks! (Using CVI2010)

That's funny!

On my machine (CVI 2009 SP! installed) the sample panel is set not to use windows theme and the column separators are properly aligned to column headers. If I turn on "Use Windows visual styles for controls" option as in your image the behaviour is the same as yours.

Proud to use LW/CVI from 3.1 on.

Additional information: this happens on CVI 8.5 too. I never payed attention to this because shifting is very limited but it's indeed present when windows visual styles are enabled.
