tiny characters in menu and popup menu

Hi all,

I use dual monitors, one is UHD (3840x2160) resolution, the other is FHD (1920x1080) resolution.

When I open CVI on the first UHD monitor, the characters in its main and popup (right click) menu items, and the position of the items box is also dislocated.

If I move mouse cursor over the empty space where the item box should be, the items are high-lighted, and I can even click to run it. The box is located even out of the main window!

As I know, this is related to Windows High-DPI option, but when I changed the high DPI scaling behavior I could fix the above problem but other UI stuffs had gone ugly.

Also, there's issue and solution report from NI titled "National Instruments Software Displaying at Small Resolution," and it said the user interface scaling issue has been resolved in LabWindows™/CVI™ 2017, but I found the problem on 2019 as well as 2017 ver.

Is there any solution or workaround for this problem?

I forgot to tell I have no problem with the second monitor that has FHD resolution.
