using CVI compiler command line

Is there a way to use the cvi compiler from the command line using a simple script? I cant quite commit myself to using the ActiveX component in the samples because I have several other things to build also from Visaul Studio and I would like to do it all the same way. I saw a post about this almost 4 years ago and I am just wondering if anything has changed...

Currently, the only way to do command line builds is by using the activex component example found under ..\CVI\samples\activex\cvi\build.cws. But we're hoping to add support for command line building ( without this example ) in future releases of CVI.
