what are repeated capabilities in IVI drivers and how/why would I use them?

Hi Josh, I ran across them breifly in the edit attributes section of CVI - range tables.

I also read about them in the IVI specs at the IVI Foundation site, specifically IVI-3.1 & 3.5.

I think I have a pretty good handle on that now.
