Karpa,

Does this happen if you close down CVI, open it up again, and run one of the examples from Help » Find Examples ? Also what version of CVI are you using, and does this happen on any other computers with the same firewall?

yes this is happening with all applications every time i compile and run it.. The reason is that every time i build the application the firewall recognize it as NEW executable that tries to gain access.. even though i block the application it works correct. i think it has something to do with the RTengine.. but i have no idea how to stop it.. the CVI version is 8.5. with version 5.5 (i tested) same problem.
