6.2 Web Client Upgrade Issue

We are trying to upgrade to 6.2 from 6.1, and I can't seem to find the steps anywhere.

We've deployed our application files to the webserver, installed the Lookout 6.2 player on the webserver.  I've downloaded and installed the 6.2 on my client machine.

When I browse to the app in IE, I get the error message "Unable to display lookout web client process without lookout player installed.  Click on the link in your browser window to download the lookout player."  I have already done this, run the install program, and it appears on my Add Remove Programs under National Intruments Software, NI Lookout Web Player 6.2.  The same thing is happening on other machines.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We've solved the issue.  It looks like 6.2 uses different ports then 6.1 did, and our firewall was blocking them. 

 

Deceiving error message as it has nothing to do with which web player is installed on the client.
