AB Ethernet SLC500 Driver Stops when Wireless Broadband Connects

Lookout 6.1 does not communicate with SLC500 ethernet when a usb broadband dongle is connected (AT&T). I read in another thread that had same issue with mailer object.  I can ping and program PLC's but Lookout can't connect until broadband connection is released.  Any thoughts?

What's the alarm message in Lookout?

Log the communication by selecting Option->AB Ethernet Options. Enable the diagnostic setting and input a file path. Please log both the good and stopped communication. Let's check if Lookout does anything different with the dongle connected.
