Alarms Window Header in Lookout 4.0.1

Is there any way to eliminate the header in the alarm window (specialy
when it is situated in the top of the screen). This was posible in
version 3.8 but I can't find the way to do that in the newest version of
Lookout.

The options for manipulating the Alarm Window have been removed from later versions of Lookout. There are efforts for increased functionality for the future.
