Backing up a Lookout 3.5 application and restoring it to another box.

I have successfully installed Lookout 3.5 on a new box.  I have read that you can simply copy over the Lookout folder, if all the files are contained, which in my case supposedly they are.  Anyhow, I have lots of errors and crashes once I paste in the new files.  I must be skipping a step or something.  I have actually attempted this on XP.  Surprisingly, 3.5 installed unfortunately not a functioning install. I will post the errors, I am getting but I am wondering if there is a more elegant way of performing a Lookout backup??

I don't believe 3.5 was intended to be run on XP.  Ryan S. may be able to help you better.

I am running it on XP and 98...just tests!!  I think I must have copied the files badly, the folder I copied does not seem to contain a .lkp file...  But my real issue is still not clear.
