I am an IT tech working with a company that uses Lookout. Their windows 2000 machine recently had a crash of the OS that could not be repaired. To avoid losing data, I did a parallel install of Windows 2000 to a \WINNT.001 folder. After getting all the drivers and everything else installed they are ready to get Lookout running again. So here is my question, can I reinstall lookout without losing any of the setup that they had in their previous install? I am completely unfamiliar with lookout so I don't know if it would be safe to reinstall it. Is there a way to migrate their settings from the previous install to the new install of windows? Any help that I can get for this problem would be greatly appreciated.
